Operating Principle
Advantages on Principle - low Pulsation with high Efficiency

KRAL screw pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps. They work with constant feeding volume and feed without
squeezing and low pulsation. With KRAL pumps, sensitive fluids are fed extremely carefully. Also the system itself is largely
treated with care. Noise development is favorably low. The efficiency is high, even when the viscosity changes.

KRAL pumps are always used when oils and other self-lubricating liquid are fed.
Applications
KRAL pumps feed oils and other self-lubricating liquid:
·   Energy substances for the oil furnace and driving technology engineering in power plants, locomotives and on ships
·   Lubrication oils for lubricating and cooling of engines, turbines, and transmissions
·   Hydraulic fluids in machines and systems, in which pressure is generated and power is transmitted
·   Components for plastics production
·   Raw materials for the food industry
Pumps with Magnetic Coupling
As pump failures are often caused by the shaft seal, for critical applications KRAL uses screw pumps with hermetically
sealed magnetic couplings. A positive balance sheet for you: High operational safety, cleanliness, and favorable life-cycle
costs.

Other KRAL Pump products and Systems:

KRAL Double Stations allow for maintenance work without system downtime in oil delivery.

KRAL Supply Stations are ready-to-operate modules built to specification, which include all devices and fittings
required for oil production, cased on a stable base frame.
